Mandatory Sexual Harassment Training
Dear Employee,
SAGAMORE BRIDGE CLUB, LLC is and has always been strongly committed to maintaining a work environment for all employees that is free of harassment. In light of recent legislation passed in New York State and New York City, please review the attached Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy and Complaint Form.
In addition, New York State and New York City law now requires all employees to receive an annual sexual harassment prevention training. Please be warned that the materials in our training video include offensive language and gestures. SAGAMORE BRIDGE CLUB, LLC does not endorse the replication of such language or gestures anytime while working at SAGAMORE BRIDGE CLUB, LLC, but we have expressly authorized this training for the purpose of illustrating acts that are strictly forbidden at SAGAMORE BRIDGE CLUB, LLC. As such, some language may catch you off guard, but the inclusion is designed for your benefit so that you can clearly understand and identify the difference between appropriate conduct and illegal harassment.
To facilitate satisfaction of the training requirement, we are providing you this mandatory online training. All employees must complete this training by OCTOBER 8, 2019. Upon completion of your training, you will need to print and sign a form to be returned to LORAINE KRAFT or SILVANA MORICI. (link to form on following page)
It is every employee’s responsibility to ensure that SAGAMORE BRIDGE CLUB, LLC remains an inclusive and collaborative workplace, where harassment of any employee is not tolerated. Thank you all for your continued effort in this regard.
